Exclusive Millwork strives to make the millwork and cabinetry portion of the home building process easy for the homeowner, builder, and carpenter. We understand that everyone must work as a team to get things done accurately and in a timely fashion. The staff can help guide the homeowner towards selections that not only fit the style of their home but also their budget. All information is passed on the builder and carpenter to keep everyone up-to-date with any selections or changes that are occurring.
All material is delivered onsite and arranged on a rack to keep all trim off the floor. Trim is divided into base, casing, crown, backband, and chair rail on the rack. This allows carpenters to access the material quickly to keep them working at top speed. For our larger homes with custom applications through out, CAD drawings are supplied to the carpenters so there is no misunderstanding as to how things are to be installed and what goes where.
